Once you have paid for the video tour, a link will be sent to you via email to upload your information. After your information is sent, you will receive a phone call to confirm an appointment to shoot your video tour. Within 48 hours of your appointment, you will receive a draft of the script for your video and voice over for your approval. Within 1 week of the appointment you will receive a link with a 2 versions of your video tour. The first link is a branded tour with all your contact and company information that you can email to potential clients or attract new listings. The second link is an unbranded tour that you can link to the Multiple Listings Service database. --Multiple listing discounts are available per agent.
Payment Terms:
There is a one time setup fee for the tour and a monthly charge to your credit or debit card for the hosting, bandwidth, and reports of your listing. The hosting fee will occur every month until the property sells or you cancel the listing with written verification by email or letter. A monthly report is sent to you via email displaying your listing statistics and number of viewings.
